Welcome! Therapy is for the brave, and I am so inspired that you are taking this step of self-love toward yourself despite the burdens you currently carry.
In our sessions, my approach is warm, compassionate, non-judgmental, and person-centered. I will listen to your story with uplifting curiosity before we come together to make a path forward. I am here to be a supportive guide, but this is your journey and I will try to make sure we are working together in a way that feels most authentic to your needs and style. We will utilize the past- analyzing attachment patterns, present - using the "here and now" of the therapy session as a tool to better understand what is happening to you outside of session - and look onward to the future as well, setting goals and assessing challenges and speed bumps as you progress along your healing path.
